Terms
Our rate guarantee only applies to ‘like for like’ rates with the same conditions available for sale on Agoda, Booking.com and Expedia (and other Expedia owned sites).
Guests must have a confirmed booking made via our website to be eligible for rate guarantees and submit your claim within 48hrs of the original booking.
Rates must be denominated in New Zealand Dollars and not be converted from a different currency.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for rate guarantee.
All membership, contract, unpublished, opaque, package, group and similar rate types are expressly excluded from rate guarantees.
Claims must be submitted by email and include a clear screenshot as well as a link to the rate. Claims will be rejected where lodge staff are unable to verify the lower rate.
Any discounts offered for an approved claim is applied only to the original dates and rate type booked.
A variance of up to 3% is considered a rounding error and is not claimable.
The decision of Braemar Lodge & Spa in relation to any determination of claim is final.
