Braemar Lodge & Spa has a number of standby systems to assist in the event of an emergency which include:
180 solar rooftop panels to generate electricity.
A standby 300 kva diesel generator and fuel reserves to provide electricity in the event of outages.
An exclusive water supply from a water bore on site.
A waste water treatment facility.
A helicopter landing pad on site.
Each suite contains a battery free emergency flashlight and radio with self-generation capacity.
Our Management Team are trained to respond in emergencies and will guide guests as to what to do to stay safe.
